The restaurant really stood out, both for the food and the staff. Even with so many people to serve, the food quality was outstanding, and everyone in that area was extremely friendly and helpful. Getting to the restaurant or pool from the bedroom was a bit of a hassle, since the elevator only goes to reception, then you have to walk through the lobby and down stairs. The hotel is very close to the coastal trail, with access to the beach, rental equipment and the little train into town.

The QR code service for requests worked flawlessly. We used it twice and were very satisfied. Rooms are compact but functional and in excellent condition. Breakfast and dinner buffets were generous, varied and kept topped up, with food quality and presentation beyond what we expected. Staff were professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. There are a few things to improve. We found dust on the balcony and around the bedside tables, so room cleaning could be more thorough. A free minibar or fridge would be handy for longer stays, and the parking fee seems unnecessary for hotel guests, especially when the parking area isn’t always managed well. The hotel is well maintained, with spotless, inviting shared spaces. Its location makes it easy to get around without a car: a lovely waterfront path connects to Poreč for walking or taking the tourist train, and the nearby beaches are attractive and easy to reach. Overall, it’s good value, with comfort and warm hospitality, and seems suitable for families or trips with friends. We’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Poreč.

Eva and Ira made the kids club a real highlight for our daughter. They kept the children engaged, happy and safe, and were so warm and caring that we felt completely comfortable leaving our child with them. She had a wonderful time! We spent two weeks here and had a great experience. The entertainment program was fantastic for kids, and the hotel felt very welcoming, clean and well maintained. It’s well suited to families, with an excellent location and delicious food with plenty of variety. A lovely choice for a relaxing, fun family holiday. We’d definitely return.

The staff always greeted me with a smile and answered my questions, so I felt welcome and happy throughout my four-night stay. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable, with a soft bed and a nice bathroom. I’d stay here again.
