Apartments Ivanka

We really enjoyed the stay and would come back. The owner met us at the taxi, checked us in, handed over the keys, and went through a local map with us over a bottle of local beer. There are several apartments here, but it was peaceful even with other guests and nearby guest houses. The small beach is close, and there’s a little supermarket nearby. Bus 8 goes here from the bus station, while buses 5 and 8 run into town from Falkenstein campsite, a few minutes downhill. Those local routes don’t seem to show on Google Maps. Our apartment had a large covered balcony and a basic kitchenette with a gas stove, microwave, fridge, and kettle, enough for lunch or a small family dinner. The bedroom had the advertised air conditioning and satellite TV. We speak German as well as English, so could watch TV, though most channels were in German. The bathroom had a shower and toilet. The only drawback was being away from the city center in very hot weather, so we had to wait for buses. They run less often in the evening, but there are plenty of taxis and Uber works in Zadar.
