Studio Apartments Laguna Bellevue

There’s plenty to enjoy outside: the grounds are beautifully kept and lovely to stroll around in the evening, with local restaurants nearby. The walk to Porec and the old town is especially beautiful, following a pine forest on one side and the sea on the other, where platforms lead down to the water. At a steady pace it takes about 35/40 minutes, and if you get the timing right, the sunset by the island just off the coast is stunning. The large development has sea access via stepped platforms and stone sunbathing spots built into the rocks. There are a few small pebble beaches that seem fine for children. We stayed in a garden apartment with a cool, shady balcony among the pines. We watched red and black squirrels and pleasant seagulls; surprisingly, none tried to steal food or came near the balcony. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived, with crisp linen and plenty of fluffy white towels. Friendly staff changed them often. My partner and I loved our stay at Bellevue and would go back. The only thing I’d mention, not as a criticism, is that the kitchen could use a few more basics, such as a small vegetable knife, spatulas, and four of each kind of crockery. Otherwise it was perfect, and I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys walking and nature.

There are lots of sports and leisure facilities nearby. The place is very nice for a summer holiday, clean and well maintained, with friendly staff, fair prices, and plenty of parking. I was very happy with my stay. My one suggestion is to PLEASE provide more beach space for dogs, since the area available now isn’t really adequate.

The walking areas were lovely, and the staff were nice. It also seemed like a good place for kids, with plenty of nature around. We were there with our whole dance academy for an international contest, though the location was quite a way from the dance hall. There were ants in many of the rooms. The clean towels and sheets came in a bag, so we had to change them ourselves.

We had a great time as a family of five, and the kids especially loved the nightly mini disco. The animation team always seemed ready to go and were great with them. We’d happily recommend the place!
