The owner gave us a warm welcome and pointed out nearby places to visit and some good restaurants. The rooms were cozy and had nice paintings. Breakfast was very good, and even my little one enjoyed it. We had a pleasant stay.

The warmth of the people came through throughout our first trip to Croatia. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the quality of the rooms, and they really cared about making our stay pleasant, offering advice to help. In a family-run place like this, the personal service and heart behind it have a sincerity a 5 star hotel can't deliver. We'll be back. Thank you.

The apartment was clean and nice, and the hosts were lovely and helpful. Private parking was available, and you can walk to either the center or the beach. Everything was perfect for us, 5/5, we'd go again.

Breakfast was a treat while I sat in the dining area. The fresh, homemade meal had local farm eggs, their yolks glowing sunset orange, and apple strudel straight from the oven. Outside the Villa, I could see pine and palm trees in the quiet neighborhood, with the city only a five minute walk away.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this welcoming, friendly family-run b+b. The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was good, and Porec's centre was just a 10 min walk away.
