Apartments Smaragdna Villa

The apartment was well equipped, the location was very good, and the price was good too. The soundproofing could be better, though. Every day we woke to the neighbors upstairs dragging chairs, shouting, and running around with their children.

A clean, very nice apartment. I'd recommend it.

The location is excellent, a short walk from the center and close to the beaches. My dad recommends visiting the dinosaur park and the trilobite. There's plenty of space in the apartment, with three bathrooms (Sium) and two showers. The double bedroom is roomy enough to fit another bed, though the sofa bed is a bit hard. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, but the extractor hood is a little weak. The terrace is lovely, with chairs and a small table, although it's narrow for six people. The pool isn't big, but it has a step where you can sit at the edge, which is great. Parking is available, but we weren't always given garage keys on arrival, and it wasn't clear which space belonged to which apartment. Excellent amenities, you know.

It's a new, roomy apartment for six, with two people sleeping on the couch, and yes, it really has three bathrooms. I took off a star because there's no washing machine or dishwasher. There's a shared pool, but the water is freezing. It's only a few meters from the entrance to Kamenjak Park and a few hundred meters from the center of Prematura, with its shops and restaurants.
