Parking in the courtyard is shaded by grapevines, though there’s room for only two cars. The apartment is well placed, near the center but away from the noise and bustle. The owners are friendly and attentive, and live on the ground floor, with the first and second floors rented to guests. The facilities are quite adequate. There are two bathrooms, one larger with a bathtub and washing machine, and a smaller one with only a toilet and sink. The air conditioning is in the hallway, but it works well enough to make hot days bearable.

The apartment had everything we needed, but we gave it three stars because the terrace couldn’t be used past 10 pm, and we were told that as soon as we arrived. The hosts were kind, though the rules felt restrictive while on holiday at a resort where music and concerts could be heard outside until midnight every day. We couldn’t even sit and talk on the terrace after 10 pm. The air conditioning is in the hallway, which is an awkward setup, and the bedrooms get unbearably hot. This year, when it was still 33°C outside at 1 am, it felt like being in a sauna. The Wi-Fi was very slow and often didn’t work. You can hear everything when someone is staying above you. There wasn’t any toilet paper. If two families share one apartment, expect to have nowhere to park: only one car is allowed per apartment, so a second car has to find a space somewhere in Primošten.

The owners are so friendly and attentive, and the apartments are comfortable. We had a lovely holiday on the beautiful Adriatic coast and would happily return.

It’s spacious, clean, and well equipped, and close to the sea. A great apartment, I’d definitely recommend it.
