That balcony view is excellent, but the old, torn pull-out screens on both sides look like a temporary fix. Inside, the kitchen was nearly impossible to use: an ancient island with a double hotplate, a 20-year-old Candy fridge, a 20-year-old Samsung microwave, a kettle, and a griddle, but no electrical outlets. We had to cook using our emergency extension cord. The dishes were incomplete and pieced together, with only a few knives. Our wobbly chipboard double bed collapsed when we lay down. The moldy shower door came off its track when we closed it and could only be put back temporarily; the hose was broken and there was no bracket for it. One thing did work perfectly, the TV. It’s managed by NIK Reisen.

There’s no parking, and neither the air conditioning nor the TV worked for us. The apartments are shabby and quite worn, with old furnishings. The location is okay, but it felt a bit too expensive.

The view is lovely, and there’s a quiet beach and a bar right below the house. The hostess was very nice, and the value for money was excellent. We’d happily come back!

From the terrace there’s a lovely shaded view of the sea, with a nice place to sit. There’s also room for a tent and a grill. They have bungalows as well. I recommend it.
