The property is in a good location for campers, with a nice pool, parking, clean, well-equipped flats. Some bedrooms didn’t have AC, and there weren’t any fans. The real issue was the service. The host was incredibly rude and kept imposing rules that made no sense. For example, she wouldn’t let our group of six sit together on the balcony, even though it could probably fit 12 or more people. Asking her for anything was a hassle, and she couldn’t communicate in English. Whenever we crossed paths on the property, it felt like she was about to yell at us. She made the stay uncomfortable for our group, and we’re definitely not coming back.

The apartment itself was nice, good and clean. The woman working there, who may or may not be the owner, was the biggest downside. She didn’t speak English, and though I managed to communicate somehow, she was very rude. We stayed three nights and had a few chances for a considerate host to make things easier. We were traveling with another couple and had just one apartment key. When we asked her to hold it for us, she said we should call each other to arrange getting into the room. We also asked to use the grill, which seemed to be part of the bungalows and wasn’t being used, but she snapped that we hadn’t paid for a bungalow so couldn’t use it. Finally, when we left, she told us to wash the dishes. I checked the booking.com policy three times and couldn’t find anything about cleaning. I can’t recommend the place because of this rude host.

After a three-hour drive, we arrived for our booking through booking.com and were shocked when the woman working there canceled it on the spot. She said she didn’t have time to clean the apartment and told us to leave, even after I explained that I’d driven over three hours in the heat with my two-year-old son and elderly mother, who wasn’t feeling well. She said she didn’t care and that we had to leave the area because of covid19. I’ve never encountered behavior like that or such a lack of compassion. Places like this shouldn’t be allowed to offer tourist accommodation. Booking.com said they would look into the case, but that no penalty could be added for a bad review. A complete disaster.

We don’t recommend staying there. On our way back from the beach to our car, we crossed the property, which meant a walk of about 10 meters. A woman came over shouting at us. When we asked if we could keep going to our car on the other side, she started screaming and pushing us instead. Another man joined in. They threatened to hit us and call the police, and we would have been happy to call them because we felt threatened. The man nearly hit one of us, and another person in our group had to step between them. The host was incredibly rude and aggressive.
