Apartments Sonja

The sunsets and sunrises were magical, and our daughter loved petting the cats that live there. We also enjoyed the grapes in Mrs. Sonja's driveway. The owner was very welcoming and attentive, and the family atmosphere suited us well. For a calm seaside trip with our toddler and dog, the location worked perfectly for us: a few minutes by car to the shallow sandy beach with clear water, supermarkets, fish restaurant and pizzerias, plus a short walk to a stall selling local melons, tomatoes and other produce. The house is a sturdy 1980s building with spacious rooms, though the bathroom is small. It has its own character, and the furnishings are charming and well cared for. It was clean, and we found what we needed for a seaside holiday. When we wanted a change from the quiet sandy beach, we took excursions to Queens Beach in Nin, the lighthouse, and around the island of Vir by boat, as well as to Zadar for the Sea Organ, market and historical park. The landlady suggested these trips, and they were the best seaside experiences we've had so far.
