The view was beautiful and the apartment was great. The rubbish disposal could be better, though.

A super place to stay in a great location, with a jacuzzi and what you need.

The stay itself was really enjoyable, and the town is calm and pleasant. Apartment B3 is almost right on the shore, and it's just a three-minute walk to a sandy and pebble beach with shallow water that's suitable for children. The house is nice, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, but it needs work and a proper clean. The main reason we chose it was the hot tub, and it didn't work from the start. We reported this on our first day, but nobody repaired it. Given that, a partial refund would be appropriate. There are other things needing attention too: the coffee machine doesn't work, the garden awning arm is missing screws and hangs overhead, and the vacuum cleaner has no bag or filter. The place seems neglected when it comes to cleanliness, and the cleaning staff put in no effort. We found batteries for the remotes ourselves; without them, the air conditioning couldn't be switched on, though it worked perfectly once the batteries were replaced. There was no Wi-Fi router in the cottage, and no instructions for connecting to the one in another cottage. We only got that information after calling. The owner's office is in another city, and the woman there had never visited the property. She also couldn't give us a clear answer about where to put the rubbish. The owners require a security deposit, so some of the faults and broken equipment should be dealt with. For the price, it was overpriced.

The apartment was very spacious, and the hot tub was lovely, although some of its jets didn't work. But there were a lot of problems around the place. We hadn't received the promised message a day before arrival. The address listed on booking.com was wrong, so we called and got the correct one then. The key box took several knocks to open even though the code had already been set. When we got inside, there was a terrible fish smell. We had asked about this beforehand and knew there was a problem, but all the windows and doors had been shut, and the cleaners hadn't aired it out enough. Downstairs, the toilet kept running. A handyman arrived three hours later, fixed it and removed limescale, but we weren't sure it would keep working, so we didn't use it again. The dryer in that bathroom had been left on and was still warm, and the electric heater had made the room scorching hot, almost burning my fingers. Three outlets were hanging out of the wall. The handyman thought that was strange but couldn't fix them. The downstairs terrace door would only open in the tilt position at first. We managed to get outside by holding the top hinges, but he couldn't repair it then because a part needed replacing. The fly screen on the downstairs window didn't seem to close fully either. Other things were off as well: the freezer hadn't been defrosted for ages and still had broken ice packs inside. The Nespresso machine had water left in it, and the pillow box lid was broken. There were no bedside lamps in any room, the downstairs shower head was badly scaled, and there was a dark minibar cupboard with, among other things, what might have been olive oil and 10 euros in loose change. The kitchen was missing basic items. There were no wine glasses and not enough mugs or glasses for six people. The oil, salt and pepper shakers were too dirty and sticky to touch. The employee's response was disappointing. She said we could check in earlier, which we hadn't asked for, and only sent the correct address by WhatsApp. booking.com had said someone would be there. Asking us to send a passport photo over WhatsApp also felt outdated and unsafe. There was no Wi-Fi in the upstairs bedrooms or any Wi-Fi code in the apartment, so I had to request it by WhatsApp.
