There’s a nice playground that our kids loved, and a neighbor lady sells delicious freshly made donuts in the morning. Still, the camp is quite expensive for what it offers. We paid around 150 eur for two nights for two adults and a van. The sanitary facilities were in terrible condition, and I hope their upkeep improves.

It’s a handy camp for dog owners, and the seaside path is great for running or biking. It follows the coast for many, many kilometers. The beach wasn’t really my thing, though. It’s sandy and very shallow, which isn’t my favorite kind of beach on the Dalmatian coast.

The site itself was clean and pleasant, with lots of shade from the tall trees. We were basically right by the beach, though a bike route ran between us and the shore, so there wasn’t much privacy. It didn’t bother us too much, but you can’t tell that before booking. I also wish the directions for reaching your pitch were updated. We figured out a better way when leaving. What really surprised me was finding no toilet paper or soap in the toilets. Those seem like small things to provide, and it’s very inconvenient without them.

The porch was pleasant, but the patio was stained and the grill was dirty. The mobile home itself was a disaster. We paid 80€ for cleaning on top of the rental price and expected it to be properly clean, but it was far from that. There were blood and other spots on the sheets, the floors were sticky, the window blinds were broken, and the bathroom smelled awful. It seemed to be leaking when the toilet was flushed, leaving water dripping onto the floor all day. The shower doors were so hard to open and close that an accident felt inevitable, and the water pressure was so poor it was hard to wash my hair or rinse off the salt. When we raised these issues, staff said nothing could be done. We packed up and found somewhere else to stay, leaving six days early. The staff were unbelievably arrogant.
