We had a great stay and would recommend the apartment. It had everything we could need for a longer visit and was clean, and the staff were more than friendly. The beach is only a three-minute walk away, while the city centre takes about 15 minutes to reach by public transport.

It's close to the sea, though the corners could use a better clean. Rainy weather made the inside feel really humid.

The room had more rules to follow, and there was an extra €150 pledge to consider. I hadn't read that part of the booking carefully. The host did let us enter without paying it, but only after a very difficult discussion. Check-in and check-out times need attention too. I also booked two nights for €160, then was charged €170.93. I've since seen other feedback about this issue, though I hadn't expected it to happen to me. The bed was very soft and felt poor quality, so we slept badly. There's no air conditioning either. The host's kindness felt ambiguous and too invasive, including putting his hands on my wife. Update after his reply: Kristjan clearly doesn't want to acknowledge his behavior because of the feedback and his business reputation. I have no reason to make things up. Telling only half the story shows that the kindness isn't sincere. We stayed two nights, so how could we have made four bags of rubbish? There were two, including one dirty bag in the bin. I didn't know where the main bins were. On the last day, he spoke rudely to me and said the apartment was in bad condition. I had washed the dishes; only the towels and bed were left undone. They may be new or whatever, but they were poor quality, as other feedback also says. After his rudeness, I didn't want to take them out. And why leave the barbecue clean when it had clearly gone unused for a long time and I had to clean it myself before using it? The pledge was my mistake for not reading the booking carefully. He did agree to let me stay without it, but only with great difficulty. He said nothing about manipulating the charges. He's a dishonest man, and I hope people recognize what he's really like.

The green garden and barbecue make this feel like a little piece of heaven. The house is just a few metres from the beach, and the apartment is clean with friendly staff. It's a beautiful spot to relax with family.
