We’re a group of cyclists from Kosovo, and we got into Pula later than planned. Viktorija was there, and the staff found room for all of us without any trouble. Since we had to leave early the next morning, they also prepared packed food for the group. The staff were wonderful, and we highly recommend the place.

Room 101 was spacious, with bathrobes, slippers, and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold food. The hotel is very central, and the staff were lovely and really helpful with places to eat and drink, as well as booking an airport taxi. I’d definitely stay again.

The value and comfort stood out, and the front desk service was great too. The location is another plus. I’d recommend this place for any kind of visit to Pula.

Our family stay was awful, and we won’t be coming back. The rooms were far below standard, there was no air conditioning, and the whole place smelled of drains. It felt like a cheap hostel, though the price certainly wasn’t cheap. The receptionist was kind, but that was the only good part of a horrible hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Restaurants and bars in the center are just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We recommend a visit.
