Villa Luna - beautiful, modern and luxurious

We had a wonderful time here. The place is beautiful and has all the amenities we needed. It’s close to lovely Pula, but still nice and quiet.

The area was so quiet, with no traffic noise. During the day, planes did fly to and from the airport now and then, but the kids and I found that more interesting than annoying. The garden is huge, with plenty of seats and sun loungers, and the pool has lots of room for swimming, splashing, and playing ball. Inside there was space to spare, a large kitchen, air conditioning, and everything was very clean. We stayed for two weeks and didn’t lack a thing. Our hosts and their whole family were lovely, and welcomed us so warmly. Konzum is a two-minute drive or a ten-minute walk. It’s also a great base for trips in every direction around Istria. For us, it was a perfect holiday. Thanks for everything!

The garden is beautifully arranged, with a clean, new pool and some playground equipment for children, which is a real plus. Pula is about a 10-minute drive away, and the well-known beaches and aquarium are roughly 15 minutes away. The owners are very nice. Still, after traveling around Croatia with our children, I don’t understand the earlier reviews. This is a small renovated house, but it still smells of smoke. It’s directly under the flight path for Pula Airport, and depending on the weather, planes also take off over it, flying very low. I wish I could share a video. The highway is close too, and you can hear its traffic around the clock. Nobody seems to mention any of this. It’s a shame, and the owners should be upfront that this isn’t a quiet area.

The beach and restaurants were easy to get to, and the location was fantastic. We had a very nice, well-maintained place with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The owners were lovely and accommodating, and even gave us eggs from their own chickens. They welcomed us warmly along with our two dogs.
