Hotel Omorika

The location is near the beach, with a supermarket across the way, and the restaurant staff and cat were the best parts. But I wouldn't recommend booking or return. My room had mold, as did most rooms used by the people we traveled with. There was old trash under the sink, and the toilet wouldn't flush for more than 24 hours after we reported it early, even though it seemed like an easy fix. I also saw mold being painted over in other rooms.

The female owner was very rude when these issues came up. The rooms look like they haven't been renovated since the 80s, the shower had visible mold and smelled moldy, and the bed sheets weren't properly washed.

The breakfast choices were limited, the restaurant food was only average, and Wi-Fi kept proving unreliable during my stay. Still, the hotel was convenient for the city center, the staff were friendly and ready to help, and my room was clean and comfortable. It was an adequate place for a short visit, though nothing special.

The food was good, and housekeeping did a good job, but the rooms had lots of mold and poor ventilation, so they always felt stuffy. You get what you pay for, though I don't think it deserves 3.9 stars.
