Apartmani Mira

Apartment 3 is small but really cozy, and the large playground next door kept kids of all ages entertained. We could use the washing machine and leave the stroller and beach gear downstairs. The owner was incredibly helpful: she let us arrive early and, for my husband’s birthday, arranged a cake and decorations, then decorated while we were out. We arrived to coffee and cookies as a gift, and got Netflix in Czech and Lopar souvenirs when we left. It’s clear she takes great care of her guests. The only little issue was cooler water after the boiler in our apartment broke. We managed for a while on one cold evening, since lukewarm water was enough on the other days. Once the owner found out, she fixed it right away. Things like that happen, and her quick response was another plus. We recommend it 11/10 and will come back next time.

The view is great and the rooms are pretty cozy, but the place is about 1.5 km from the beach and there’s a real hill to deal with. Bring a stroller if you have kids ;-) The WiFi was weak, so I had to use my own data, and the air conditioning didn’t cool the rooms in time. Water was another problem: on the top, third floor, the flow was weak and we could barely shower. If someone was using the shower downstairs, we had to wait. I also still don’t understand the Croatian mentality of banning visitors from the apartment. If you’re traveling as a group, you’re out of luck...

There’s a panoramic view of Lopar, and it’s close to a paradise beach. You can choose from three apartments, and the place is good for children too 🛝.

My wife was extremely pleased, and everything went great. We could use the washing machine and keep the stroller, inflatables, and other things on the ground floor of the house, which I really appreciated.
