Apartments Bajcic

We were generally satisfied, and the apartment had some real positives. The view was nice, the location worked well, and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner who was there in person was very helpful, and we could use the washing machine and got fresh towels. The price was fairly good for what we got. There were problems too. We hadn't been told when booking that the accommodation fee would be due immediately, rather than after the vacation as we're used to. The owner was around the apartment constantly in the mornings and even came into our personal space while we were home. Cleaning wasn't up to standard: the hallway floor was sandy when we arrived, and the bathroom wasn't clean. The shower was already broken, as were the wardrobe opener and bedside table. The other owner wasn't pleasant to deal with, and the cake order we discussed never happened as promised.

The apartment was tidy and clean, and overall it was a comfortable, pleasant place to stay. The host was excellent, though some of the room furniture could use an update.

We booked two apartments for the family and had a great stay. The kitchens were fully equipped, right down to a meat tenderizer, and we had excellent Wi-Fi and German TV channels. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We'd happily come back!

The welcoming atmosphere is a big part of why we've kept coming back for many years. It's a very well-run hotel, and since last year there's also been a small, lovely pool area.
