10/10
The pool and amenities were great, and the shower was really good. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed, and breakfast was good too. The hotel looks quite new, or at least very well kept. It’s close enough to the park by car. I really liked staying here and would highly recommend it.

2/10
The room was uncomfortably hot, and the AC only made it warmer. When I told the front desk it wasn't working, they said it had been shut down for the rest of the season and told me to open a window. We were on the ground floor, where the only “window” was a patio door opening onto an unlit alley that anyone could walk in from. I would never recommend this place.

8/10
The staff were warm and friendly, and the pool and fitness area were kept in good shape. We also appreciated being able to charge our electric car for free while we ate. The food was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay at 16 Lakes Hotel.

10/10
We really enjoyed how comfortable the rooms were. The hotel is also handy for both the nearby small villages and the national park, which is less than a 10-minute drive away. There’s a pool and gym among the amenities. Great hotel, and I’d highly recommend it.

10/10
The restaurant served us a lovely dinner with lots of choices and very generous portions. The meat board for two is huge, so share it among three people. I really enjoyed the hotel, especially the modern design, the lovely pool after a long day of exploring, and the fantastic staff. I’d give the location 4/5 because there isn’t much to do nearby. Service gets 4/5 only because breakfast costs extra, though the staff themselves were a 5/5.
