The wood stove was my favorite part, and the apartment was roomy and clean. It’s also very conveniently located for visiting Plitvice National Park. The couple hosting us were so kind. I’d happily recommend it.

We showed up at 9:30 on a Friday night with no reservation, and Bernarda and Petar welcomed us so warmly. Their apartment is lovely, well equipped, and close to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Petar makes his own slivovitz, and he’ll let you taste it :)

The owners were so welcoming and kind. They only spoke Croatian, but we still managed to understand each other just fine. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and had everything we could need.
