Our route to the Palma apartment turned into a stressful night. We’d booked it, but unexpected problems on the way meant we reached Rijeka at 1:00 a.m. Navigation couldn’t find the address, and the road was very steep and cramped, especially for a car as big as ours. There may be another way in, but we didn’t know that at night. The streets were so narrow and the slope so steep that we couldn’t get out or turn around. At 3:00 a.m., we decided to head back down and went to a hotel to sleep because we were exhausted and stressed. Palma apartment hadn’t given us any arrival information. In the morning, we wrote to say we were sorry we hadn’t made it. After that, Palma apartment said we weren’t welcome anymore at any time and called us liars. This is a screenshot.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the hosts were kind. We had a great stay and would gladly return when we’re in the area.

We’ve stayed here two years in a row 🥰, and I like everything about it. The owners are welcoming and friendly, and the apartments are clean and tidy, with everything needed for a lovely vacation. The street is quiet and peaceful, and there’s a playground nearby, which is great for families with children. Definitely recommend 👍

The person I arranged the apartment with waited up for me late into the night, even though I was very late. Much respect, and I recommend the place.
