Our place was clean and almost modern, but there were over 120 stairs and no elevator. After booking more than one suite, we were told they weren't together and weren't even on the same street. The photos looked much better than the real place. I didn't take pictures of the hallways or broken things, only of the nicer suite, since we had several and some weren't as good. Several basics were missing: no shampoo or body wash, and nobody told us ahead of time to bring them. When we called, we were told to buy some, but all the shops were already closed. There was no TV remote or dish sponge either. Some curtains wouldn't go up, and we couldn't find how to turn off certain lights despite trying every switch. Lots of little things like that would have made the stay more enjoyable. It was just OK, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The entrance looked like something from a horror movie, and the apartment we got was nothing like the photos. There was no elevator to the fourth floor, and the wooden stairs on the top floor where the apartment was seemed very dangerous if there were a fire. I didn't feel safe at all and we had a terrible night. I'd travelled all around Croatia with my partner and our three-year-old daughter, and this was the worst apartment we stayed in. Definitely not recommended.
