The room is newly renovated, but one of the room windows faces a wall. The entrance has no light, smells of mold, and is left unlocked all the time, so anyone can enter the house. There were dodgy people hanging around, and I didn't feel safe. Mafia controls the paid parking on ul. Demetrova in front of the house.

The room was nice, but the building's entrance and surrounding area felt very dodgy. The corridor looks like the building is falling apart, and the streets outside are full of homeless people.

The photos are misleading, and the place is absolutely unacceptable. It reeks of cat urine everywhere, and the room is about 5 square meters. So much money for this disaster. Where did these reviews come from? They must have been bought. I'd give it MINUS 5 stars and will demand a refund.

The service was seamless, and the location is great. The accommodation itself is modern and very nice, even though the parking area and entrance don't give that impression at first.

The market and some really good restaurants are just around the corner, and the city centre is about a five-minute walk. We stayed as a family with two school-aged kids and found the apartment perfect: central and very nice. The neighborhood may put you off at first, but it's cool once you get into it. Really great.
