8/10
Being able to take the lift down and step straight into the sea was delightful, even though the access area is concrete. The hotel is right on the water, and we loved the south-facing balcony view. It's near the port, so there was some noise, but the scenery made it worthwhile. The hotel itself isn't especially pretty, and the rooms are fairly small and basic. Still, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

I booked a room with a sea view and would recommend doing that. Both receptionists were very nice, and the sauna was great. The gym has a few weights and some cardio equipment. My two-star rating is only about the food. Dinner was horrible, and we were told that was because there weren't enough guests for a buffet. For a four-star hotel with such crazy room prices, I expected more dinner choices.

2/10
The whole staff was friendly and helpful. My low rating is mainly about the manager's attitude and the terrible dinner, especially the lack of choices. For a four-star hotel, that shouldn't be legal. When we made a formal complaint, the response was, "it is what it is." There are better hotels nearby if you want all the options you're paying for.

Room service came in handy with our toddler, and the staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant food was delightful, and the views from the rooms were outstanding. We had a fantastic time at Hotel Jadran. The location is brilliant too, with a beach 500m south. If you can, get a sea-facing room with a balcony.

We loved our sea view and balcony and couldn't get enough of it. I'd always recommend booking that kind of room here. The room was a bit old, and the balcony door didn't work, but staff helped us straight away. Breakfast was wonderful too. We'd gladly come back!
