The pitches are roomy and grassy, with electricity, and the restrooms were clean with a really nice hot shower even in the evening. It was quiet, and the staff were friendly. We stayed one night in September. The location seems great for walks, though the weather spoiled our chance to go the next morning.

The mountain view made for a lovely setting, and our kids were especially happy there was a pool. The hosts were very friendly and spoke English well. We had a comfortable, peaceful one-night stay at the campground.

The grounds are nice and the views are good, unless the RV next door happens to block yours. Our bungalow looked clean, the beds were comfortable enough, and we had clean sheets and towels. There were lounge chairs outside too. The light inside was purple-magenta, which might be fun as a couple, but it made it hard to see anything in the evening. The facilities were very poor, honestly close to scandalous. I’ve stayed at camps in the Czech Republic dating back to the '60s, and they still had a decent kitchen and hot water all the time. Here there was no real kitchen, no stove or kettle, just one fridge crammed full of other people’s groceries and a couple of sinks. Bring your own detergent and sponge. The €1.8 coffee at the bar was awful, so having a way to make coffee would be helpful, especially for bungalow guests without a kitchen in their RV. After a long hot hike, the shower was the worst part. It was filthy, with black mold on the curtain and all over the tiles, like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. If someone cleaned it even weekly, I don’t think the mold would have had a chance to spread. For €50, whether you’re in a bungalow or pitching a tent, this was far below standard, and I think a sanitary inspection should look at it and possibly close the whole camp for a month. The water was either cold or ice cold. The heater is solar with no power backup, so once the hot water heated during the day ran out, that was it until 10am the next day. It was 8pm, check-in was until 7pm, and the place wasn’t even that crowded. We’d booked just one night, so after that coffee we were keen to leave early. No chance of more than one star from me, and it would have been zero if that were an option.

I really enjoyed staying here. The people, food, activities, and surroundings were all great. The bungalows are lovely too, though in heavy rain water comes in under the door and gets the things on the floor wet.

The pitches are spacious and have a beautiful view. The toilet and shower block was new and spotless. It is a bit cramped inside, with nowhere to put your towel or soap, but adequate for a small site.
