Apartment DoCa

We’ve been coming here for 10 years, and it’s still one of the places I recommend. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, well cared for, and has a fantastic sea view. It’s a very quiet area, with no crowds on the beach, which makes it a lovely place to relax. The only drawback is the steady wind and waves, though the water is very warm compared with other places. In the morning, usually between 8 and 10, a van comes by selling bread and pastries, with the horn to let you know it’s there. The prices are the same as at the store. In the evening, Rogoźnica is about a 20-minute walk along the beach promenade, with plenty of restaurants and other attractions. There are also two restaurants nearby, including one on the beach, but you need to reserve an evening table the day before. 😀

We spent most of our time eating and relaxing on the spacious terrace with its sea view. The apartment is small and independent, but functional, well equipped, clean, and tidy. There are mosquito nets on the windows, and the owners are kind and discreet. The beaches are an easy 200-meter walk, and parking right outside the window is a real must in Croatia. :) I highly recommend it for the price.

The owners are incredibly kind and always ready to help if you need anything. The apartment has what you need, with a lovely sea view from the terrace and plenty of peace and quiet. A bakery van comes every day with delicious bread and cookies. I’ll definitely come back.

The terrace is in a wonderful spot, and the apartment is clean and well maintained. The owners are really friendly. A great choice for a quiet break, highly recommended.
