We stayed at the Matas Apartment for two weeks and everything was fine. The place had the air conditioning, TV, grill, washing machine, microwave, and induction cooktop it was supposed to have, and communication with the owner was seamless. Just be aware that the property sits on a fairly steep hill, which could be difficult for older guests.

I remember this as a peaceful, charming spot away from the city center, where my family and I could properly unwind. I visited many years ago on vacation, and the parking was guaranteed, though getting up the steep driveway took some care. I'd happily recommend it.

The apartment itself was perfect: modern, clean, and quiet, with a helpful host, a terrace, partly covered parking, and a grill. The beach is about 200m down the hill. Getting there is the one drawback. Like the other places in this area, it sits on a steep slope, and the road is only wide enough for one car. Meeting another car on the way up can be a real adrenaline rush.

The apartment was tidy and clean, and close to the sea and beach. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming :)

The beach is downhill from here, so the way back is uphill.
