It was a wonderful stay for me as a parent with two little kids. The quiet neighborhood felt lovely and safe, and the two bedrooms gave the children enough room to sleep without waking each other. There was a beautiful garden and olive tree view from the generous balconies in the main rooms. The apartment was very clean. The floors, doors, and furniture were quiet to use, which may seem minor, but mattered a lot with two small children. We stayed for seven nights, and on the last day the owner stopped by with a birthday present for my older daughter. That was a lovely surprise. If Google allowed more than five stars, I'd give them six.

The host was nice, though we wished she'd checked in to see how things were going or been easier to reach. The Wi-Fi was hard to use and sometimes didn't work at all. The place was very clean, and we liked how quiet it was, a little away from the main route. Rovinj was still easy to get to by car. The location worked well for our family holiday. But the kitchen and living area felt cramped for three people, and some everyday things were missing, like a toaster, cutting boards, coasters, bin bags, and an oven.
