The apartment was tidy and on the smallish side, but close to the heart of town. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The older host speaks German and Italian, while the younger one speaks English and, I think, Italian too. Wi-Fi sometimes stopped working, probably because of how many people are around in summer. Konzum and Lidl are within walking distance, and the old town takes around 25-30 minutes to reach on foot.

We have lovely memories of our stay at Belsa. The owner was so kind that she waited up and let us in after midnight. The rooms were clean and well cared for, and the kitchen had everything we needed. From the balcony, we could see the garden and a little of the sea. The location was excellent, close to both the beach and the old town center.

The lady was very kind and always available, and I’ll definitely return. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything needed. What really caught my attention was the beautiful plant on the table. That had never happened to me before. Ten out of ten praise.

We had a wonderful time. Mrs. Marija, the owner, was always there to help, and her wonderful husband and their son were part of the warm welcome too. The apartment was lovely, with two rooms, two double beds, a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The air conditioning was excellent, and it took only a few minutes by car to reach the center of Rovinj. All praise, wonderful.
