Eden Hotel by Maistra Collection Hotel

The hotel, rooms, and grounds were clean and nicely decorated, and we found what we paid to be very affordable for the level of service. My wife and I had a very good overall stay and would happily return. We were impressed by how much variety the food offered and how good it tasted. At dinner, though, the queues for the hot dishes were too long. The saunas and saltwater pool were also very crowded.

The pool and beach area were lovely, and so was the beach bar. We had a lovely week, and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. But the tea and coffee top-ups were hit and miss. We were half board, though we stopped eating at the restaurant because all the food was cold, even breakfast. There were some lovely places to eat outside the hotel. I’d still stay here again, but wouldn’t book meals.

The hotel was spotless, our room was great, and the pictures really don’t do it justice. The pools were spacious, and it was lovely walking through the beautiful grounds or into the old town. The restaurant staff were attentive, especially Sani, who was always smiling, worked hard, and couldn’t do enough for us. The bar staff were lovely too, constantly cleaning even the smallest mark. Jasmina worked especially hard and was so helpful. We’d definitely come back!

The area has so much to offer that the days seem too short, and we’ll be back. We were pleasantly surprised, as the stay was above expectations. The hotel facade looks like it may have seen better days, but inside it’s been renovated perfectly. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The Chef himself pointed out which food was gluten-free and offered to make me something special. The pool, spa, and gym area are cute and a nice extra.
