Noemi's rooms

The room was nice and the location worked well, but hearing the people in the next room and their pipe was very uncomfortable. There’s no reception or anyone reachable by phone after 8pm if you need help. Also, if more guests are waiting for the parking lot pick-up, be prepared to wait there for as long as 30 minutes.

We tried for two hours to reach someone after booking ahead and being told we’d need to call if we arrived after 8pm. We started calling around 7:30 to let them know we’d be late, but the phone number on the website didn’t work and nobody answered on WhatsApp. We tried phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Airbnb, and email, with no reply. We also met other people who were locked out. The four of us waited outside for quite a while, then gave up and found somewhere else, by then it was after 9pm and about 90°F. They eventually emailed around 10pm, saying we’d have to walk about 15-20 each way to collect the key somewhere else in the city. After we said we’d found another place, they told us there’d be no refund because they had no record of us calling before 8pm. The number didn’t work, which was why we couldn’t reach them. The rooms may be amazing, but I wouldn’t know. I’d stick with local places instead of companies like this.

The room was clean, but getting luggage up the very steep, narrow stairs would be difficult. The entrance is through a narrow alley.

The room was cosy, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. The directions were easy to follow and the price was right. We arrived very late on the spur of the moment, but check-in was no problem, and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.
