It has a lovely, home-like feel despite being a rental. The Villa is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It’s in a great spot near Rovinj, but out in the countryside.

The owners are very friendly, and nature all around makes this village stay peaceful. The villa is modern and great, with everything within reach, and it’s near Rovinj.

We had a relaxing weekend with my family at this lovely new traditional villa. It’s in a very quiet spot near Rovinj. Absolutely recommend it.

Massimo and Patricia gave us a warm welcome and looked after us so well. They even had fresh fruit, pastries, and homemade wine waiting. We stayed at Villa Patricia for two weeks in October, with our two dogs, and the weather was perfect. The fully fenced property has parking, and the house was spotless, practically brand new, and packed with great amenities. There are four bedrooms, each with its own shower bathroom, plus plenty of towels, beach towels, loungers, cushions, hand soap dispensers, and more. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back. Thanks so much, Massimo and Patricia. We’re already looking forward to seeing you again.
