10/10
The place is quiet despite being near the center of Okrug, and the beach is less than a minute away through a locked gate, so not many people use it. The apartment has everything we needed, from appliances to fast Wi-Fi for Croatia, plus a lovely view. Each room has its own air conditioning, and the owners were helpful. The covered parking lot could be better, though. I recommend staying here.

The landlord was helpful, but this is basic accommodation, so keep expectations low. In my view, it works if you're only passing through.
