There are plenty of good charter companies in Marina, and the covered parking is useful. On Fridays, the fuel station can handle a lot of people. But the marina services themselves feel mediocre, and there aren't many restaurants or cafes. Saturdays are especially awkward because there are no free luggage trolleys to be found, and you can't drive into the marina then. I'd also plan to leave on a Friday. The quiet hours are supposed to run from 11pm to 7am, but that rule wasn't followed. We called both the marina's 24/7 number and the police about people behaving noisily, and nobody came.

The high prices make more sense once you see how little the marina seems to care about basic service. If you arrive by taxi, you can't enter, so you're left at the ramp and have a 10-minute walk to the boat. There's no short drop-off area, either. Coming by car doesn't solve the luggage problem. You can't drive in or stop near the marina, and carts are rarely in the parking lot. Reception told us to look around for one; the carts we found were broken or missing parts, so we ended up walking back to the car. This happened alongside other service problems. To me, it feels like a concession with no competition has left management with little reason to improve, while guests pay a lot and are treated like an inconvenience.

We had Ivan as our skipper today, after Ante at Riva restaurant in Trogir introduced us. Ivan was super friendly, knew his stuff, and made it a great day out.

The dock was hectic and full of vessels when we visited. That wasn't necessarily a bad thing, but you do need to watch where you're going and keep an eye on your surroundings.

Getting our things on and off the boat turned into a big process. There were no luggage carts, and reception didn't offer any help when we asked. We also couldn't park close to the docks during embarkation or disembarkation. Not a great experience.
