The owner was really unpleasant, and communicating with them was uncomfortable. The room is small, with no extra facilities, not even a shared kitchen. The shower is in bad shape and small, and it seems they haven't repaired or maintained it for years.

The area is peaceful and lovely, and it's a nice place to stay when visiting the lakes. We were glad it was still available a week before our trip, and the price was okay. There are some inconveniences, though: no air conditioning or window screens to keep insects out, and you'd be better off bringing your own soap. The kitchen has only a fridge and kettle. We were also given twin beds instead of a double.

There’s a small shared sitting area with a terrace, a table and four chairs, a sofa, and two little fridges with a kettle. That’s about it, so you can’t really cook or make breakfast there. The Wi-Fi was slow and only worked about half the time, so using your own mobile data is a better bet. The bedrooms are spacious enough and clean, with a shower and toilet, flat-screen TV, big mirror, and a small terrace in each. There’s no air conditioning or mosquito screens, though. It’s a handy base for Plitvice Lakes National Park, just a few kilometers away, but I’d stick to one or two nights like most visitors seem to.
