The staff were so kind and professional, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. They were also flexible and communicated really well about our arrival. You can tell they pay attention to the details. A very pleasant stay from beginning to end, and an easy recommendation if you want a high quality, worry free visit.

We had to spend a night near Zagreb airport after our flight was delayed by 24 hours. I was travelling with 30 older single ladies, and our tour company managed to get 12 of us rooms at the new Alsago Lux. We arrived after 10 pm and were warmly welcomed, with our bags taken to comfortable rooms. They’d left vanity packs with toothbrushes and toothpaste. Since we had an early start and the restaurant wasn’t finished, the staff went to a local bakery for lovely croissants and made us tea and coffee. They couldn’t have done more for us, and their English is excellent. At just 15 kilometres from the airport, the location is ideal. Thank you so much, and best wishes with the new venture.

The airport shuttle and ride to the hotel were fantastic, and the service was very professional. The hotel was just as described, genuinely clean and finished in a luxurious style. Everything about the stay was really good. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were friendly and professional from the moment we arrived until we left, and the room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. I rested well. The hotel has an elegant, pleasant feel and a high level of service. My stay exceeded expectations, and I’d gladly return and confidently recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, carefree stay.
