We got our vacation sorted in the end, and the apartment was comfortable and really well equipped. But checking in was difficult since the owner wasn't there and the directions weren't clear. The place also didn't match the Booking.com photos, and I didn't enjoy the shower curtain.

We found parking right outside, and everything else in the village was walkable. The sea is about a five-minute walk away. The apartment sits on a small street opposite the elementary school, but nights were still quiet. It was clean and nicely furnished, with a washing machine too. From the little terrace there could be a sea view, though the bushes are overgrown at the moment. The owners also rent out an upstairs apartment during the summer school holidays. That one has a balcony and a proper sea view. Give them a call, they speak English. Lovely hosts!

The owner was very kind and sweet. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, and it was very clean. There's private parking right outside, and it's just beyond the historic center, easy to reach by car.
