The location is quiet and remote, though the property sits near or below a main road at the back. You’ll need a car to get to Slano for a walk or other activities. There are two grocery shops in town, including Studenac market, but I can’t remember the other store’s name. Prices there are higher, so for a better selection and value we did the main shop at Lidl or Kaufland in Dubrovnik. The villa has lots of space, with three large bedrooms on separate floors. Each has its own bathroom and a sea view. We also liked the private access to the sea, the lovely views, and the table tennis room. Water pressure in the top floor bathroom was noticeably lower than on the other floors. We had a great two week stay, from July 25 to August 8, 2025, and I’d happily recommend the place.
