The sea view is beautiful and really atmospheric, and the place seemed fabulous. When we were there, though, it was still partly under construction. The beds were the real letdown. I've never had mattresses so uncomfortable, and eventually I gave up and put mine on the floor.

That private way down to the sea was fantastic, and the landlord was very friendly. Still, the parking was awful, the place wasn't clean, and there wasn't enough bed linen even though we were told it would be supplied. If those issues don't bother you, it could be perfect.

The price seems fair for what's included, and the owner and staff were courteous. The downsides were the awkward parking and the distance to shops, restaurants, bakeries, and other facilities.
