We were very happy with our stay. There's a warm swimming pool and enough trees to find shade during the day, plus two sunbeds for each apartment and a paddle board you can borrow. The apartments are nicely equipped, and the staff are really helpful if anything's missing. It's great for families with young kids: the sea is shallow, and there's both a stone beach and a sandy one. Klimno, with restaurants, a grocery store, and ships, is about a 15-minute walk away.

A great place to properly unwind. The host was more than welcoming, and each apartment had a SUP. The bottle of wine was a nice touch.

The balcony has a really special view, and Mr. Zoltan is very nice and does all he can for his guests. Still, he can't make up for the location's practical problems. We felt cut off from restaurants and shops, and there's no bakery nearby, so even bread meant a trip to the supermarket. The closest one is about a 20-25 minute drive away. There aren't any decent restaurants in the area, either. Without a car available around the clock, there's not much to do beyond spending the day at the tiny beach or pool. One day we ran out of water. Our friends drove to a beach, while we walked 5 km each way to a nearby village and bought some at its mini-supermarket. The supermarket we normally used was farther away, with Google showing 18 km instead of 5, so we didn't go there. The apartment had three rooms, a living room, and two bathrooms, but the rooms and bathrooms were small. The living room balcony was spacious and nice. The rooms weren't remotely 5-star, and the value for money felt very disproportionate.

The place is quiet and near the sea, but that didn't make up for the poor cleanliness, lack of professionalism, or the way we were treated. A high price didn't bring the level of service we expected, so future guests should be careful and put things in writing before booking. Behind the attractive photos, we found neglected conditions and owners who offered legal letters instead of an apology or a solution. Our family of four adults and a two-year-old stayed here in July 2025. The apartment presents itself as high-class accommodation, but on arrival it wasn't properly clean or cared for. The mattresses and pillows had visible stains and smelled unpleasant, as if they hadn't been washed or replaced in a long time. The curtains were greasy and stained, the bathroom had fungus and signs of moisture, and the kitchen surfaces and utensils looked unwashed. The TV also lacked Croatian channels, despite the listing saying they were available. The manager was polite and tried to help, but hygiene and preparation need to be handled before guests arrive. There was only a tiny freezer, barely enough for one milk. He kindly offered to keep our meat in another fridge, something the owners described as a "gesture," though we felt it was a basic provision that should have been there already. The extra "baby bed" was meant for a newborn, not a two-year-old. Our granddaughter had to sleep beside her mother in a large bed, fell out several times, and hurt herself. It caused us a lot of stress. After many conversations, the price was reduced by 200 euros. Trying to reach a fair agreement over the return of the additional 1,000 euros led to legal pressure and unacceptable demands for personal data. We eventually dropped our claim because protecting our peace and health mattered more than facing further pressure. A year earlier, for the same price, we had stayed in a luxury apartment on Krk that was spacious, clean, and modern, with a TV in every room, a large terrace, a jacuzzi, and a sea view. Against that experience, this apartment didn't meet even basic comfort and hygiene standards, despite its high price and the owner's self-praise.
