The view from the room is stunning, and I was super grateful for the free upgrade! The hotel is right in the old town, just 8 minutes from the main bus station. The reception and waiting staff were all lovely and polite. Breakfast was great both days, and the rooms were clean and comfy. I checked out after 2 nights and can only recommend this place!

A very disappointing visit. More than once, the waitress said there was no coffee while I was sitting there, then served it to other customers. It felt unfair and unprofessional, and completely spoiled the experience. I won't be coming back.

We stopped for drinks and dessert. They were okay, but the service needs improvement. They charged us for a drink we hadn't ordered, and 6,50€ for a bottle of water is a lot.

I can't comment on the hotel itself, but breakfast was by far the worst experience I've ever had at an eatery. The woman shouted at me in the middle of the restaurant, in front of the other customers. I got a rude, loutish, unprofessional response even for a simple request for ketchup. And the food was so bad I'd rather eat my own faecal matter than have it again. Avoid at all costs.

The place looks nice, but I wouldn’t recommend stopping in for a drink. The young woman who first welcomed us was lovely. Since the bar was full and the restaurant was quiet, she said we could sit there for coffee. Her colleagues then told us that wasn’t allowed unless we ordered food. We eventually found seats in the bar, but the woman at the front desk looked me up and down and spoke to me rudely, as if I didn’t belong there.
