There's a nice 15-minute walk to Old Town, though the hotel isn't right nearby. Our room had a harbor view and was new, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast was free and amazing, and Velo Misto, one of Split's best Italian and pizza places, is a short walk away. The hotel is also connected with a high school and gives young people interested in hospitality careers a chance to develop. You can't go wrong here. Highly recommend!

The staff are very hospitable, and breakfast is really nice. It's close to everything but tucked away from the noise.

This new, comfortable hotel in Split sits in a quiet spot near Poljud stadium. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is good, parking is spacious, and the staff are friendly. It's great value for money. There's not much around the hotel because it's outside the center, which could be a drawback for some, but an Uber into town costs only about 4-5 EUR if you don't have a car. I'd recommend it!

We were especially impressed by the hotel’s student training idea. They offer internships to students from the hotel and catering school, and at breakfast we were served by a second-year student working alongside an experienced mentor. Everything went perfectly. It gives students practical preparation for independent work in hospitality, so they leave school ready for the job market. We have a lot of respect for the idea. The hotel itself is carefully balanced, elegant, and functional. It was impeccably clean from the entrance through every corner of the room. The staff were very friendly and gave each guest their full attention. There’s plenty of parking, and breakfast was generous, high quality, and delicious. We’ve just returned from our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it.
