The location was good, and the place itself was okay. But the owner didn't answer the phone, so we had to wait for him to come and open the door. There was no shampoo, and the sheets weren't clean. That was the main reason for my bad review.
The location was convenient and quiet, with the old town and a few shops just a short walk away, and the nearest beach only a few hundred meters away. Inside, though, the place was untidy. There was dust and cobwebs, a smell from the toilet drains at first, dried insect shells on the sheets, small ants on the floor, and previous guests' trash under the bed. It seemed the apartment may not have been used for a while. Basic utensils were there, but we had to buy everything else ourselves. Trash bags were supplied, but only two rolls of toilet paper for our whole stay.
The owners were hard to reach, and the apartment is in a building with no balcony or terrace. For what it is, I don't think it's worth even half the price.
That bed was fantastic to sleep in, and the place was spotless. The atmosphere and location were both outstanding. A solid ten from me.
