Barbara was responsive and helpful throughout, and I'd happily stay here again on my next trip to Split. The apartment is spacious, modern, and well equipped, with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. It's right by the water and a 15-minute walk from the old town.

The location is hard to beat, right across from the beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants. There’s a beautiful view from the huge balcony. The flat has what you need for a longer stay, including a comfy bed, clean towels and linens, plus plenty of spares for washing. The shutters make the bedroom dark at night, and it stays quiet, with no traffic or people noise. In the living room, there’s lots of natural light, a big table for meals or work, and a large, comfy L-shaped sofa. The TV can connect to your Chromecast or Switch. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, with a good oven and hob, pots, and utensils. The bathroom was spotless when we arrived and works well; the washing machine is good, and clothes dry quickly on the balcony. Barbara was a great host, quick to help and communicate. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in Split.

The location is the standout, just a couple of minutes from the seafront, bars, and beaches. Follow the waterfront and you’ll reach the old town in about 15 minutes. It’s a clean, spacious apartment for self-catering, and the south-facing balcony is lovely. The air conditioning is quiet enough to leave running overnight.
