After I had to cancel my stay, it took City Gateway - Apartment Ileora almost a month and a half to return my money. There was always another excuse. I know Booking.com allows 30 days for a refund, but once that deadline had passed, the reasons they gave got ridiculous. First it was a national holiday, then they said the transfer would happen the next day, but it never did. This caused me a lot of stress. I had to keep contacting them and eventually went to Booking.com for help. I hope Booking.com takes serious action against them. I can't recommend Ileora. Pick somewhere that respects your time and money instead of trying to trick you. I strongly discourage anyone from booking here.
