The street was quiet, the location was good, and free parking was available on the street. But the owner was disorganized, and there were many personal excuses. Check-in was meant to be after 14:00, yet the apartment wasn't ready until 15:30. We asked for toilet paper on the first day, but I had to buy it myself. She said she had more important priorities and assumed it wasn't a big expense for me. At 120€ per day, the room seemed quite expensive for a place without basic supplies. I don't recommend it. If something goes wrong, resolving it may be difficult, and you'll hear a lot of excuses. There are better value apartments and better managers around Split.

The room itself was amazing, and the apartment was clean with a nice host. It's well placed for walking to the centre, and it was quiet. We did find a free parking spot nearby, but parking took some searching. The mattress was too hard for me, and carrying heavy luggage up three floors was a downside since there's no elevator. I definitely recommend the place despite those things.

Cozy and well equipped, just a few minutes on foot from the old city and port. It's on the third floor, though, and there's no elevator.
