I gave the apartment three stars because it was acceptable and close to the city center, on the first floor. But it was quite noisy, with no soundproofing. My courtyard-facing room was right above the entrance, and the door banged whenever a car passed or started up. My roommate's street-facing room wasn't any quieter with the traffic. The floors hadn't been cleaned, and we swept up dust from under the beds. A young woman came over when we couldn't get the building entry code to work. Later, after we told the owners about the problems, nobody came by or even replied. We did our part.
