I lived here for a while, and the owner took some of my things, including some very expensive items. After that, she told me I could no longer stay there. She also lied to me about several other things. If you care about your belongings, I’d tell everyone to avoid this place. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The house is very old, but it’s cheap, so you get what you pay for. The woman renting it was very nice at the time. I stayed for two days, had a good time, and left. Then, more than six weeks later, she called me about some luggage. I didn’t recognize her or understand what she meant, and when I said so, she got annoyed and accused me of joking or pranking her. I figured out who she was after searching her phone number online. She seemed disorganized and unsure how to use a phone, but being accused like that was really unprofessional. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like it. I was shocked.

The woman in charge was sweet and kind, but the place itself felt small, old, and odd. There was an elephant painting beside our bed. We expected more based on the photos online, and I think it’s overpriced.

Very friendly host, and a handy spot for staying in town. I've stayed here twice.
