The listing said parking was free, but the apartment is in a paid parking zone. When I raised the mismatch, the owner didn't care. I cancelled because the description was wrong, and she ignored both me and Booking instead of refunding all my money. I've never had a fraud experience like this through Booking. The behavior was disgusting and felt like theft. I'm having to take legal action to get money back for something that doesn't exist.
