Korta Apartments

We liked it enough to book again on our way back from Dubrovnik. We first stayed one night, then came back for three, and we'd happily return. The place was super clean and professionally run, with clean sheets and bathroom and no bad smell in the room. The manager was the best, and told us about cheap all-day parking just up the street, around a three-minute walk. We left the car there and walked everywhere. Restaurants, shops, cafes, and the sea are all an easy walk away. The rooms have full-size fridges, not mini fridges, and there are pots, plates, cups, and utensils.

Korta's Old Town Split location was hard to beat, with most restaurants, sights, bars, the Riva Boardwalk, and Diocletian's Palace less than five minutes away on foot. The courtyard studio was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, large shower, full kitchen, satellite TV, and fast, reliable internet. The reception staff were attentive and very helpful, checking in more than once to make sure everything was going well. Of all the places we stayed around Croatia on this vacation, we liked Korta best.

A few minutes from the old town and palace, this was a pleasant surprise. The apartment is centrally located, good, and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us great restaurant tips and advice on whatever we asked about.

Kristina was kind and welcoming, and our room was new, clean, and attractive. We gave it four stars because we didn't get a balcony or a room overlooking the building's cute courtyard. I'd suggest asking for a balcony, terrace, or private outdoor spot you can use, so you can enjoy Split's warm weather more.
