6/10
The place is clean, the facilities are fine, and the location works well. The photos, though, are several years old and no longer show the current setup. The terrace is split in two, and a large apartment block is going up directly across the street, so there’s no sea view. I’ve added a photo because this seems important and the listing should be updated.

8/10
The apartment is roomy, well located, and has all the comforts, with staff who are friendly and always willing to help. I’d have rated it five stars if there hadn’t been so many cobwebs. Cleanliness in that regard could definitely be better, but everything else was good.
